Well that was easy. Syracuse crushed Morgan State 97-55 Monday night for their 12th straight win to start the season.
Syracuse started fast as they entered halftime up 44-29. The second half was much of the same as Morgan State could never get into the game.
The Syracuse bench was able to get lots of playing time due to their large lead. 16 players got to see action for the Orangemen. Most prominent among their bench players was James Southerland who played 21 minutes and scored 18 points.
Rick Jackson led the Syracuse starters with 18 points and 9 rebounds.
The 5th ranked Orangemen move to 12-0 with the win and next play December 22nd vs. Drexel.
