B-Zone College Basketball Update

At the B-Zone, we like to cover Buffalo Big 4 basketball (Canisius, UB, Niagara, St. Bonaventure), Syracuse University, and Ohio University.

But sometimes, there are too many games going on at a time to recap them all. Therefore, I have created the B-Zone College Basketball update thread. Whenever there are too many teams that we cover playing around the same time, I'll have mini recaps of each game as shown below.

Friday's Games:

Canisius 85 Iona 94- Elton Frazier had 26 points and 9 rebounds for Canisius but it wasn't enough to overcome Michael Glover and Iona.

Niagara 72, Marist 80- Skylar Jones had 20 points off the bench for Niagara but balanced scoring by Marist's starters blew them away.

Saturday:

Marshall 65, Ohio 57- D.J. Cooper's 22 points and 9 rebounds went for naught as Marshall pulled away from Ohio late in the action

Buffalo 74, St. Bonaventure 74- Big 4 rivalry game lived up to expectations. UB almost pulled off 16 point comeback only to have St. Bonaventure score with little time left to win.

North Carolina State 59, Syracuse 65- Scoop Jardine scored 23 points as Syracuse got a quality win over ACC opponent North Carolina State.
