Ohio whooped Norfolk State's ass on Thursday. Yes, I just swore on my blog. But how would you explain Ohio's 92-56 win over Norfolk State?
Ohio led virtually the entire night besides being down 2-0 at the very start of the game. They dominated both offensively and defensively and played 12 deep.
Ohio entered halftime up 15 at 38-23. In the second half, they pulled the throttle and led by as many as 45 before eventually winning 92-56.
Six players scored in double digits for the Bobcats with Tommy Freeman leading the way with 19 points.
D.J. Cooper had a double-double with 11 points and 10 assists while T.J. Hall had arguably his best game as a Bobcat with 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists.
Rebounding was one of the keys to the game as Ohio out-rebounded Norfolk State 43-24.
With the win, Ohio moves to 7-6 and next plays January 2nd vs. Robert Morris.
