Ohio University Football Ranked 34th and 38th in Respective Top 25 Polls

On Sunday night, the college football rankings came out and Ohio University received votes in both the AP Top 25 and the USA Today Poll.

Ohio got one vote in the AP Top 25 which puts them tied for 38th in the country with Oregon State. Then, they got five votes in the USA Today Poll which puts them at 34th in the country.

This is the first time in recent memory that Ohio Football has been listed in the rankings. Coincidently, their basketball team had three votes in the AP Top 25 poll last week.

This definitely is one of the best times ever to be a fan of the Bobcats. Their football team is 8-3 (5-1) and on the verge of going to their second consecutive MAC Championship game and bowl game. And their basketball team went a step further as they won the MAC tournament last year and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament after upsetting 3rd seeded Georgetown.
